Our Roots

Rebecca Dalal, CNP NNCP
Clinical Nutritionist | Founder of Reform and Heal

Rebecca Dalal Knight, is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Canada, graduating with First Class Honours. She holds additional certifications in Advanced Endocrinology, Hormonal Health, Natural Pregnancy, and Early Childhood Nutrition, and is a Certified Metabolic Balance® Practitioner. She is also a proud member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP).

With over 7 years of experience and 250+ lives transformed, Rebecca brings an energetic, deeply compassionate approach that combines evidence-based nutrition with a genuine understanding of the emotional and cultural layers of healing. Having traveled extensively and studied health across diverse cultures, she believes in honoring the uniqueness of every body no two people are alike, and neither are their healing journeys.

Rebecca founded Reform & Heal with a core philosophy: small, intentional steps can lead to transformative change. Her practice is grounded in personal experience navigating hormonal imbalances, adult acne, hair loss, weight fluctuations, painful periods, and sleep challenges. These struggles shaped her ability to connect with clients beyond protocols and symptoms, and into the root of what the body truly needs. It's this lived understanding that clients often say makes working with her feel different levels of warmth and genuine care that's hard to find elsewhere.

As a mother, her passion deepened. The experience of conceiving, carrying, and birthing her daughter revealed the vital role of nutrition not just during pregnancy, but before and long after. Rebecca advocates fiercely for postpartum support, reminding women that when a baby is born, so is a mother and she too deserves nourishment, rest, and replenishment.

Rebecca's clinical focus centers on hormonal, metabolic, and gut health with particular depth in thyroid dysfunction and PCOS/PMOS care, alongside fertility, perimenopause, endometriosis, histamine intolerance, and unexplained weight gain. Her approach to reproductive care spans the entire journey from menstruation to menopause. She understands that a woman's hormonal landscape is complex and ever-evolving, and that there's no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to our cycles, fertility, or transitions. Each phase, whether it's regulating painful periods, navigating the emotional and physical toll of fertility challenges, supporting pregnancy loss, or easing into perimenopause and menopause deserves a compassionate, customized approach.

Rebecca is equally committed to men's health, supporting male clients navigating thyroid and metabolic imbalances, weight and energy concerns, and general wellness. She believes good health isn't a privilege reserved for a few, it's something every person, regardless of gender or background, deserves access to. Empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools to understand their own bodies is at the very heart of her work.

Whether you're seeking support for metabolic health, thyroid or hormonal imbalances, fertility, postpartum recovery, or simply craving balance and vitality, Rebecca offers personalized, practical guidance rooted in whole-body healing.

Rebecca creates space for your full story to be heard and honored. Her mission is simple: "to help every person feel seen, supported, and empowered to reclaim their health one small step at a time".

Dream it.

Build it.

Love it.

Grow it.

The logo of Reform and Heal Inc is a clear depiction of Rebecca’s beliefs. She believes that a “fertile body is as important as a fertile soil”. Only when the foundation is right, can the tree grow in abundance and provide for others. In the same manner, a woman needs her basic nourishment to be taken care of, to provide for others. When a woman heals herself, she heals her entire family, then the community, and then the world.
